Assess · the entry point
A paid diagnostic that shows you, quickly and cheaply, where AI is used in your organisation and what the real risks are, so you can decide whether to do the full piece.
Most practices already have AI inside the building: an ambient scribe, an admin tool, staff using chatbots on their own initiative. The First-Look finds each use, runs our defensibility assessment over the highest-risk ones, and tells you plainly whether to proceed, fix, or stop.

The diagnostic exists so a first engagement with an unfamiliar firm is a low-risk decision. If the findings say you do not need the Baseline, we say so.
Baseline · the lead engagement
A defensible position on every AI use in the organisation: what is running, what the risks are, which controls exist, who owns them, and what must be true before the team relies on the tools.
The Baseline is built on our fifteen-control defensibility assessment, applied to each AI use, with the position computed from evidence. The output is written for the people who must answer for it: the board, the clinical-governance committee, the funder, the insurer.
